Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing Credits, or using wowoimage, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy and Cookie Policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

wowoimage uses separately configured AI services to refine a prompt and generate one image for each successful generation request. AI systems are probabilistic: results can be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other results, or unsuitable for your intended use.

A successful generation creates one image and uses one reserved Credit. A request that is rejected, fails, or times out releases the reservation. Email verification grants two free Credits once. Free and purchased Credits do not expire while your account exists.

You retain any rights you already hold in prompts, reference materials, and other content you submit. You give us a limited permission to process that content only as needed to operate and secure the service, support its requested features, and fulfill your requests.

We do not claim ownership of your generated images. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use them for lawful personal or commercial purposes. AI-generated material may not qualify for intellectual-property protection and may not be unique. We do not guarantee that an output is non-infringing or available for exclusive use.

You are responsible for your inputs, outputs, and how you use or publish them. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or personal information that you do not have authority to process. Review every output before relying on it.

Credits are a limited, non-transferable right to submit generation requests. They are not money, stored value, or redeemable for cash. Credit packs are one-time purchases; wowoimage does not enroll you in a recurring subscription.

PayPal hosts checkout and handles payment credentials. Credits are granted only after a verified, idempotent PayPal webhook confirms payment. A browser return or payment-success page does not grant Credits.

Except where required by law, a completed Credit purchase is not refundable merely because Credits remain unused. Contact us about duplicate, unauthorized, or materially defective transactions. A verified refund, reversal, or payment dispute appends a compensating ledger entry for the original pack and revokes purchase-based download access. PayPal's terms may also apply to the payment process.

Free-only accounts receive watermarked previews and never receive original object-storage URLs. A qualifying paid purchase unlocks retained originals, including earlier free generations, through short-lived authorized downloads.

Generated assets are scheduled for deletion 30 days after creation, with reminders about seven days and one day before deletion. You may request earlier deletion from your Library. Once deleted, an asset and its private preview and original cannot be recovered.

You may not use wowoimage, or help anyone else use it, to:

• break the law, violate another person's rights, or create or distribute unlawful content;
• create sexual content involving minors, exploitative content, or non-consensual intimate imagery;
• impersonate, deceive, defraud, harass, threaten, or facilitate discrimination or violence;
• submit content you do not have the right to use, including protected personal data or confidential material;
• probe, bypass, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with security, rate limits, access controls, providers, queues, or infrastructure; or
• resell access, transfer accounts or Credits, automate abusive requests, or use outputs as professional legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.

The service depends on third parties for AI processing, payment, email, hosting, storage, databases, and queue coordination. Their systems may be unavailable or may process data under their own terms and privacy commitments.

A link or handoff to a third-party service does not mean that we control it. You are responsible for reviewing terms that apply when you interact directly with PayPal or another third party.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, address provider changes, or operate the service responsibly. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may restrict or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users or systems, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. You may request account deletion through account settings. The request revokes sessions and starts a seven-day cooling-off period in which you can cancel it. Finalization removes eligible personal data, anonymizes retained records where appropriate, and does not erase records we must keep for security, payment, dispute, or legal obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, wowoimage is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy, but nothing here excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for loss arising from an output, third-party service, or unauthorized account access outside our reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to wowoimage during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these Terms when the service, law, or our practices change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them; changes do not retroactively reduce non-waivable rights.

Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. These Terms are governed by applicable law, including any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. The final operator identity, governing-law clause, and dispute forum must be confirmed during legal review before launch.
